“As we continue to move forward in this technological age," says Brown CS PhD Candidate Ashley Conard, "you need to couple computer science with what you do.” Last week, Gabriel Pesek of SiliconANGLE interviewed Ashley, an Anita Borg Institute Student Board member who has attended the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing (GHC) since she was a college freshman. In a twenty-minute video, she talks about her introduction to GHC and its continuing influence on her academic pursuits and goals for the future.
